That was 2008 that was, how was it for you? All seemed to fly by rather swiftly. One minute we were aghast with open jaws watching British Sea Power tearing us all a new year seat in our denim trousers, next thing we are swinging what’s left of our pants to the modern day disco genius that was Hercules and Love Affair, proving it wasn’t all skinny boys with guitars in 2008, it was also the year that the Tings Tings appeared like musical marmite to divide opinion most places they went, like the top of the charts.

Hip Hop was also in the safest hands, being represented by the likes of N*E*R*D, Roots Manuva, Raekwon, and Lupe Fiasco all who dropped some science here in 2008.

We are already looking past the indigestion that is Christmas and can see lot’s on the horizon to look forward to, and if you haven’t got your tickets for the huge New Years Eve Ball featuring Reverend and The Makers and Pete and Pirates, be swift, you don’t want to be left on sofa listening to your gran snoring.
