One of the never ending joys of living in what we call London, is going somewhere that you may have walked past before without even realising it's existence.
A perfect example of which would be The Wellcome Trust building at 215 Euston Road NW1. We were there last night for the launch of Mike Jays new book 'The Atmosphere of Heaven' and were struck by the awesome-ness of the book shop, the light buffet, the free wine and the chilled out cafe area where wifi is free and the possibility of sitting next to someone writing an interesting tome on psychology and mental health is very high. But don't take our word for it, next time you find yourself waiting for a train at Euston, don't spend an hour mooching round WH Smiths, get thee over the road to The Wellcome Trust, we guarantee you will find something way more interesting to pass the time than one of those dreadful free sheets.
Ted moving on up. |

They also know how to dress well sharp, let's hope they rock the ace face tonic suits when they appear with The Herbaliser, Trojan Sound System with special guest Miss Dynamite. LADYHAWKE + MARK RONSON
“I am really pleased to be doing this Ambition Gig for TreeHouse, a charity which provides and campaigns for the specialised education that young people with autism need. Autism can affect pretty much every way in which a person interacts with the world – going to a gig like this would often be impossible. The sounds, the crowds of people, the bright lights - all this can be pretty traumatic for someone with autism. But with the right education early on, children can grow up to become independent, happy individuals and I think everyone deserves that opportunity.”

Some very nice Nathan Barley marketing types have asked us to ask you about volunteering your services for the good of all.
Doing more of the stuff you love and helping someone out while you're doing it doesn't have to cost anything. Favours get done every day, by you for your mates, between complete strangers.
It's volunteering for the 21st century. We don't do it because we should. We do it because we want to and because we can. vinspired makes it easy for you to find people near you who would value someone like you. What you do, where you do it and how much time you give is totally up to you. Even if you've only got an hour or two to spare, your help could make a big difference. check out this for more info, and do your bit.
