Noel To Join Kasabian On Tour?

Tom Meighan has claimed that close friend and fellow chart topper Noel Gallagher could be joining the boys on their upcoming UK arena tour.
Kasabian have supported Oasis numerous times in the past and Tom has kept no secrets of his admiration of the Manchester indie pioneers. It would be the first time Noel has joined the band either. When speaking to the News Of The World, Tom made it clear of his delight at the prospect of having an icon like Noel on board.
Tom stated: "We've got our arena tour in November. Noel will be calling us up nearer the time for sure saying, 'Lads, I'm going to come perform with you on tour'.
"He's a performing machine, and loves playing live so he jumps at the opportunity whenever he can join us."
There are still rumours aplenty regarding the recent Oasis split with the ongoing will-they wont-they questions hanging over any reformation of the band, but Noel has made no secret of his desire to record solo material now he is free of his Oasis shackles.
Tom also said he would jump at the chance to record some material with Noel should the opportunity ever arise. "We'd love to do a track with him. Never say never.
"But at the moment he's concentrating on his solo stuff and we're busy as ever."
